Your router is the most essential piece of equipment in determining the quality of phone calls. Most mid to high end routers will work if properly configured; these are your Cisco, Barracuda, Juniper, Watchguard, type routers. Voxis can either help configure existing or End User provided routers or Sell Routers pre-configured directly to you.

Cisco WRT with DD-WRT

This router is a SOHO Class router, super charged with DD-WRT firmware. It's very stable, fast, and the QoS works very well and has a nice firewall. DD-WRT is the fix for otherwise flaky SOHO routers. This router with DD-WRT has outperformed entry level Enterprise equipment in bench testing, QoS kicked in 15% faster than SonicWALL TZ 105

Although DD-WRT makes this SOHO router, act more like a Enterprise router it is still SOHO hardware and has limitations, this router is recommended for small office setups with no more than 10 users with light to moderate internet usage
